Pro-Europe (Packaging Recovery Organization Europe) owns the trademark in Europe but the French PROs are the ones who own it in France. Since 2017, regulations have been added to the Green Dot guidelines to ensure it is properly used.
- The original form and colours must be used
- The registered trademark logo must be visible
In case of technical issues the Green Dot can be used in a monochromatic, vertical or horizontal format.
