We provide services going from bank account opening, assisting in drafting the documents used to create a company, submitting materials to the competent authorities, to registering trademarks, choosing a tax declaration system, etc. We will assist you with all the administrative procedures for certain authorizations if your activity requires them. The domiciliation of the company corresponds to its administrative address and must be declared to the centre of formalities fot companies. Registration with the French Registry of Commerce and Companies (RCS) or the Trade Directory (RM) requires having a domiciliation. Without domiciliation, the registration will be rejected.
